QUEDANCOR Program for Self Reliant Team
 

To provide direct credit access to target clients engaged in the production of agri-fishery commodities, livelihood and other agri-fishery and forestry based projects.
(Maglaan ng pautang para sa mga magsasaka, mangingisda at mahihirap na mamamayan sa kanayunan at siyudad na nangangailangan ng puhunan o dagdag kapital sa mga proyektong o negosyong may kinalaman sa produksyon, pag-proseso, pagtinda/ pagbenta o pamimili ng mga produktong pang-agrikultura, pangingisda, pag-hahayupan at iba pang gawaing pangkabuhayan upang madagdagan ang kanilang kita at maiangat ang kanilang kabuhayan.)

QUEDANCOR Program for SRT Agri Fishery Business Organization

To provide working capital to SRT Agri-Fishery Business Organization engaged or will engage in agri-fishery based projects.

Finance start-up capital requirements involving construction/upgrading of facilities and acquisition/fabrication of machinery and other post harvest facilities and equipments.

Wholesale funds to SRT Cooperative who will re- lend/distribute inputs to SRTs with viable projects through PO/JO/CIS.

To augment the working capital of small retail enterprises who are engaged in distributing, processing, packaging or repackaging of raw, semi-processed or fully processed agricultural aquatic, poultry, livestock and other agri-related commodities and supplies.

QUEDANCOR-CDA Cooperative Financing Program

To provide revolving credit line or working capital for production, marketing, processing and related activities of cooperatives including micro-finance projects.

To extend term capital, including fixed asset acquisition or construction of warehouse/facilities. Land acquisition, however, shall be on an exceptional basis.     [ download PDF brochure ]

QUEDANCOR Program for Income Augmentation and Livelihood

QUEDANCOR Wholesale Program for Countryside Lending Conduits

To provide credit facility to eligible Countryside Lending Conduits (CLCs) such as SRT Agri-Fishery Business Organization (SRT-AFBOs)/SRT Agri-Fishery Municipal Multi-Purpose Cooperatives, other cooperatives and rural banks for re-lending to end borrowers engaged or will engage in viable production, livelihood and other agri-fishery and forestry based projects or activities.

QUEDANCOR Program for DA Infrastructure Projects Under the GMA Rice and Corn Program

Poverty in the country is primarily rural-based and is caused by a prolonged weak rural development projects. Inadequate infrastructure support such as farm-to-market-roads and irrigation are among the major constraints affecting rice and corn production in the countryside.

To sustain and hasten the economic and agricultural development in rural areas, the Department of Agriculture and the Quedan and Rural Credit Guarantee Corporation (QUEDANCOR) teamed-up to implement the DA-Infrastructure Projects under the GMA Rice and Corn Program (DA-INFRA) for Local Governments Units (LGUs).   [ download PDF brochure ]
